Classroom Technology Consultants was founded by Deborah Dotson, 16 years ago when she witnessed a wide divide between the classroom and the effective use of technology. This was during the time she was actively helping implement interactive whiteboards into thousands of classrooms. This launched her love of learning, and she obtained a Graduate Certificate as a Technology Integration Specialist from Boise State, from there, Debbie completed her Master of Education in Learning and Technology. She embodies the philosophy "Be the Change You Want to See" and is a lifelong learner. 

Debbie provides ways to enhance student learning, with a focus on helping teachers improve student engagement and achievement while integrating technology into day to day teaching.  She possesses over 15 years of experience working with interactive technologies, such as Interactive Flat Panels/projectors, Promethean ™, digital curriculum, iPads™, tablets, LEO LMS, Blackboard LMS, curriculum software, multiple apps, and is Certified National Trainer of Time To Teach™. Currently, Debbie is an Adjunct Professor for National University (ITM program) and University of Maryland Global Campus (PACE program). She was formerly an Instructional Tech Coach for Clovis Unified School District, Clovis, CA, and before working in education, spent almost 20 years in executive healthcare leadership.

Debbie is a Google Certified Educator and a Microsoft Innovative Educator. Debbie's experience with software training, software/hardware implementation, digital curriculum, teaching, management, and working with schools and districts make her uniquely qualified to deliver quality professional development services, coaching (virtual/live), and consulting services.
